Controlling TV and Set-top box with Kinect

I finally made it work. Detected skeleton using OpenNI and detected some gestures using my own code. Now I also connected a USB-UIRT (www.usbuirt.com) device to my Mac Mini in addition to the Kinect, to send signal to my TV and Set-top box to change channels and change volume. Checkout my video... Now I can change my channels and volume without using the remote control.
